All major and minor cities
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Delivery Time
Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery city, and courier rates
- The final shipping cost is clearly displayed at the checkout page

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan:
- Pay the courier at the time of receiving your parcel

Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays
- In case of stock unavailability, our team will contact you before dispatch
Order Tracking
- A tracking ID is provided once your order is dispatched
- Tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply
